Printed Circuit Assemblies (PCBA)

EMS Solutions currently has four (4) SMT lines. Our equipment is state of the art, high speed, efficient lines that provide consistent high quality products. All SMT lines are supported by Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment, automated Thru Hole placement equipment and all other required support equipment.

Each SMT line is staffed by experienced and certified team members who are dedicated to making your product right the first and every time.

Cable Assemblies

EMS Solutions is a full service Contract Manufacturing facility. Many of our customers need harness and cable assemblies and we have all of the needed equipment and experience to fill those needs. Our “Cable Solutions” operation is equipped with automated equipment that allows us to be very competitive in the Cable and Harness assembly industry.

Box builds (final) assemblies

As “Your EMS Solutions Partner”, we are proud to offer a full turnkey solution for all of your outsourcing needs. Our final / box build assembly operation has grown from the need to provide many of our customers with a complete EMS Solution. We can purchase all of the needed material, build the PCBA’s, build any needed cables and then complete the manufacturing process by building the customer;s final product. This solution allows our customers to concentrate on what they do best and allows them reduce their internal capital and other resource investment requirements.

Our dedicated Box build area can complete assemblies from the very small and simple to the very large and complicated design.

New Product Introductions (NPI)

The EMS Solutions New Product Introduction (NPI) process has been developed over the years in order to fill a need by our customer base. Many of our customers have entrusted us to work with them on their NPI/Proto needs and then to successfully transition those new products to production volumes.

Our NPI process ensures that your NPI requirements will be managed and built by the same EMS Solutions team and equipment that will build your production volumes. This allows for a value added process that ensures a high quality and cost effective product for our customers. Accountability and superior customer satisfaction is provided by nothing being lost in the transition from the NPI/Proto process to the higher volume production process.

Test Solutions

The EMS Solutions Test team can provide a full turnkey solution for your existing test requirements or develop a customer test solution for you. Our experienced team has developed many solutions for our customers and we welcome the opportunity to work with our customers on a test solution that is robust and cost effective.

Design Collaboration

EMS Solutions will work with you on your current product design or new product designs by providing honest and valuable design feedback. Our goal is to build your product with the highest quality standards and in the most cost efficient manner. Our feedback by experienced Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality team members will allow you to design a product that ensures the highest quality standards.
